In an exaggerated narrative world, people find growing excuses to separate from one another until their only common is their loneliness. Speacetruction in Tarlabaşı tries counter reacting to this segregation by increasing togetherness.

Started with a building of a collective dictionary where three seemingly distant words gather: space, peace, and construction. Speacetruction*, the intended act of space to construct peace between users, shapes the built environment to grow connection between the inhabitants of the temporary living units in Tarlabaşı, the lively yet gentrified neighborhood of central Istanbul.
